Set yourself to a purpose.

I am not going to say that we are here on this earth to fulfill a specific destiny. Nor would I extol the virtues of serving humanity. I believe there is simply not enough evidence to support the idea that what you do today has any particular influence on what happens to you or the world when you are done with this life. That leaves us to deal with what is right in front of us. How we feel about our lives as it pertains to the immediate future which includes, unless you are immortal, the rest of your life.

What a gorgeous day for flying!

Today's Office hours:12pm-9:30pm

A friendly reminder that socks, with no toe separation, are required for all flying trapeze classes!

Baseball season is here! With a prime location right by Nationals Stadium, students should pay special attention to the game schedule, as it may affect your drive and/or parking decisions. Metro is always the preferred, and suggested, alternative.

If you are looking for a class that is full, you can always email the office and request to be put on a waitlist! We won't automatically register you, but we will notify you if spots open up! Please limit requests to two individual classes a week.
