Take BW-Parkway and take the split to the left following 295
Take the Howard Rd exit, Exit 3B, toward downtown, turning right off the exit ramp
You will be following signs towards Nationals Stadium
Merge onto S Capitol ST SE going North to downtown
Turn right onto Potomac, which becomes First St SE
Turn right onto N St (not N place), which becomes Tingey St

495 South to exit 43 - George Washington Parkway
Follow GW Parkway through DC and crossing into Northern Virginia
Merge onto I-395 N toward Washington
Keep left to take I-295 S, Southeast freeway
Take the right hand South Capitol St exit
Stay in right lane to stay on local South Capitol St SW/S Capitol St SE (not under overpass)
Turn left onto M St SE
Turn right on 4th St SE

Take the George Washington Parkway toward DC

NOTE ABOUT PARKING:
There is metered parking on streets surrounding trapeze school in effect weekdays until 6:30pm.
There are also several parking lots that have reasonable rates for the day.
Because of the proximity to Nationals Stadium, please be aware of rate changes and limited parking before and
during game time. Metro is a recommended alternative at these times.
METRO:
TSNY is located in close proximity to the Green line Navy Yard metro stop.
Follow the signs for the New Jersey Ave/Department of Transportation to exit from the metro station.
From the station travel east on M St one block and right on 4th St SE.
